  • I cry. I have cried at every Wedding I have ever shot. Luckily I am able to hide behind my camera and ALWAYS wear waterproof mascara.
I try not to outcry guests, the parents and of course the couple, but I make no promises.
I cry because of the look on the groom’s face as he watches his Bride walk down the aisle.
I cry at the look of love, adoration, and that little bit of sadness, on the Father of the Bride’s face as he gives away his little girl.
I cry when I see a tender moment through my lens and am fortunate enough to capture it.

And I cry because as they stand together, hand in hand at the altar, they are not yet aware of the history they are about to write and all that awaits them. The joys, the fear, the triumphs, the disappointments, the laughter, the tears and the mistakes they will make, all of which will mould and define their marriage. I cry because as I watch them, my hope is that once they begin writing their book of history, it isn’t closed until their dying breath and is filled with stories of a life well lived, with an abundance of love, respect and honesty, leaving a legacy their children and grandchildren will admire and strive for.

To capture the beginning… what an honour.”
    “Moments Immortal”

With a little over 300 Weddings under her belt, Chantelle’s experience and passion for what she does shows in the interaction with the couple, family and friends on the day, and in the final product. She brings a sense of calm and organisation to the Wedding day, working closely with the couple in the months leading up to the Big Day, to ensure that every important aspect of their day is covered. Her easy going personality, cheerful disposition, sense of humour and ability to make everyone feel at ease and relaxed on the day produces images that capture the essence of who they are. Her fantastic assistant and second shooter, who is also her husband of 18 years, will ensure not a hair is out of place, no tie askew or the light bounced just right, and will have you screaming with laughter at his attempts to get you to smile.

Chantelle prides herself on building fantastic relationships with her couples, many of whom end up being long-lasting relationships, capturing the next chapters in their journey, from maternity to family to cake smash and beyond. She believes that photography is much more than simply pushing a button; It is creating moments immortal, freezing time and documenting history. Chantelle believes in giving clients an experience, rather than just a product.

If you are looking for a passionate, dedicated photography team, who values a great relationship and experience for their clients above all else, look no further and book your Wedding Photographer today.
